Parents’ Guide to the ‘Reach More Parents’ Bellevue Education Platform

Welcome to the Bellevue Education platform, designed to streamline communication between parents and the school.

Below is a comprehensive guide to help you navigate and make the most of the features available on the platform.

Absence Reporting

Mobile app  Web browser (on a desktop or laptop computer)
Select Parent Portal from the Home Screen and click on Report Absence. Navigate to your child’s details by selecting the Parents menu at the top of the screen. Under the child’s profile picture and name, there will be a button that says Report Absence.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Absences must be reported by 8:30 am on the day of absence.
  • You can select the duration of absence (hours or days) and attach any necessary proof of appointments.
  • For holiday absence requests, please submit your request as far in advance as possible, using the same steps as reporting an absence. Please expect a response to your request.

Forms

  • Access various forms conveniently in one place, including Medicine Administration Agreements, School Trips, Personal Details Update, Photo Permission Forms, among others.
  • Fill out and submit forms directly through the app, which will be sent directly to the school. Copies of completed forms will be stored for your records under Completed Forms (click on the available tab to change to Completed Forms). Switch between User from forms for parents and children by selecting User.
  • Forms that are available to you all year round, will be positioned in this section. You can navigate to this section via the three lines (burger button menu) at the bottom of the app.

Attendance

View your child’s attendance and absence history directly through the school’s registers.

Mobile app Web browser (on a desktop or laptop computer)

Select Parent Portal from the Home Screen and click on ‘Attendance’.

Here you will be able to see the attendance history  over the last 6 months and daily/weekly attendance marks.

Navigate to your child’s attendance by selecting the ‘Parents’ menu at the top of the screen. Here you will be able to see the attendance summary and daily/weekly attendance marks.

Newsfeed

  • Stay informed with child-specific, year-specific, and class-specific updates, news, and photos.

Parent Calendar

  • Stay updated on school events with the parent calendar. Easily view daily events across the school.

Notices

  • Receive all school weekly bulletins, newsletters, and important notices relevant to your child through the ‘Notices’ section, specific for your child’s year group and class  on the app. You can navigate to this section via the three lines (burger menu) at the bottom of the app.

Hub

  • Access important documents such as timetables, term dates, school policies, handbooks, educational resources, and club programs in one convenient location.
  • You can navigate to this section via the three lines (burger menu) at the bottom of the app.

How to log in to the Bellevue Education app

  • By downloading the app onto your smartphone or tablet. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Alternatively, you can search ‘Bellevue Education’ in the App Store
  • Or by logging in via the website/portal at: https://app.weduc.co.uk/

How do we sign up?

When your child enrols with the school (or in this case, you will receive an enrolment message via email), both priority one and two contacts with parental responsibility will be provided with an enrolment code, plus instructions on how to download the app.
