Admissions Process

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. At Norfolk House, we strive to make your admissions process seamless and stress-free.

From completing the application form and booking a tour, to bringing your child in for a taster session and accepting an offered place – we will ensure a smooth and personalised experience.

We look forward to welcoming your child and you to the Norfolk House community and embarking on this exciting journey together!

1. Complete Our School Application Form

To begin, please complete and submit our school application form. Once we receive your application, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a visit to Norfolk House.

2. Book a Tour of Norfolk House

Next, we’ll invite you for a personalised tour of the school with a member of the Head and Senior Leadership Team. This visit provides an excellent opportunity to explore life at Norfolk House and address any questions you may have.

3. Taster Day

  • For Nursery and Reception Applicants
Children applying for Nursery or Reception are not required to attend a taster session. However, we’d love the chance to meet your whole family. You are welcome to bring your child along during the school tour, or we can arrange a play session for them at a later date.
  • For Year 1 to Year 6 Applicants
After your school tour, we will arrange a taster morning for your child. This session allows your child to meet teachers and peers while experiencing a typical day at Norfolk House.

4. Offer of a Place

Once an offer has been made, you can secure your child’s place by:

  • Signing the acceptance form
  • Completing the entry form
  • Providing a copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Submitting a non-refundable deposit payment

5. Confirmation of Place

After confirming your child’s place, we will provide all the information you need to ensure a seamless transition to Norfolk House. You will also be introduced to our parents’ association, Friends of Norfolk House, and we’ll be happy to assist with any additional questions or concerns.
