Mrs Deborah Gormley

With 28 years of teaching experience across both state and independent schools in the UK and South Africa, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role at Norfolk House. Since joining the school in 2007, I have been dedicated to fostering a nurturing and dynamic educational environment that supports both pupils and colleagues in achieving their full potential.

Teaching has always been my vocation, and Norfolk House holds a special place in my heart. The school’s strong sense of community and welcoming, supportive atmosphere create a true home away from home, where everyone is valued and encouraged to thrive.

My leadership style is characterized by approachability, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. I am passionate about creating a kind and supportive environment that resonates with Norfolk House’s ethos, ensuring it remains a place where individuals are inspired to grow, learn, and succeed together.
